Boston traffic rules: Meters not in effect. All other parking rules apply.
Trash/recycling collection: Regular collections in Boston proper and Roxbury. All other districts except South Boston deferred one day. Sections of Jamaica Plain that have twice-weekly collection will have no delay; if residents have once-weekly collection in Jamaica Plain there will be a one-day delay.
