Infectious Laughter, Muttley Weatherman, Video. This guy seriously can not get through his forecast. I would really like to know what was said, but I guess I can just laugh at this guy. His laugh sounds a lot like Muttley the dog. I left a video to remind you of Muttley under the Weatherman vid.
